To ensure a great experience for each of my clients I ask that the following Spa Etiquette be observed:
We do require a non-refundable deposit of 50% for no show protection to book any services. The deposit comes off the price of the service, and cancellation / no show fees will only be applied if a late cancellation or no show occurs. The deposit amount ranges depending on the services chosen. The LATE CANCELLATION fee is 50% of the total amount due. The NO SHOW fee is 100% of the total amount due. A minimum of 24 hour notice prior to scheduled appointment is required to cancel or reschedule appointment.
Before visiting the spa, please take the time to complete the appropriate intake forms. Forms must be submitted 24 hours prior to appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if forms are submitted within the given timeframe.
Why do I collect health information?
Health information is collected in order to promote a safe and healthy environment for my clients, to ensure continuity of information from one visit to the next, and to assist in customizing treatments to individual needs, particularly if there are medical issues or allergies which could have contraindications for certain products or services. Your health information can be updated annually or at your convenience. No service is performed without a detailed consultation.
Your appointments are very important to Allure Beauty & Body Lounge and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
A confirmation message will be sent out 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. As well as a reminder message 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. In the event that I do not receive the required 24 hour notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card:
- Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no fees.
- Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 50% LATE CANCELLATION fee of the total amount due.
- Notification given less than 2 hours prior, or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% NO SHOW fee of the total amount due.
The Cancellation Policy allows me the time to inform my standby clients of any availability, as well as manage my schedule, in order to better serve everyone.
Sexual Misconduct Policy
Sexual comments, jokes, advances, sexual movements, removal of draping, inappropriate touching of self and/ or touching technician, will be cause to terminate your session with full payment due. Authorities will be notified.
Right to Refuse Service
Allure Beauty & Body Lounge has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating behavior deemed inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to: sexual misconduct (see sexual misconduct policy), racial insults, bad hygiene, clients who are being unreasonable, unruly, threatening and /or aggressive in nature. You will be charged 100% of the total amount due for scheduled services.
Method of Payment
I accept Cash, Credit, Apple Pay, and Google pay. Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change. Gratuities are not included in the service price.
Sanitization and Sterilization
Sanitization is a priority at Allure Beauty & Body Lounge. I use hospital grade sterilants and virucides to thoroughly disinfect and clean all of my tools and equipment. If an item cannot be thoroughly sterilized it is thrown away after use.
Parking is available in the front and rear of the building.
Spa specials cannot be used or combined with any other offer.
Return / Refund Policy
Unfortunately, I am unable to issue returns or refunds on any services or products purchased.
Please no additional guests during your appointment, this is your time to relax, rest, and restore. Exceptions can be made with prior notice and approval.
